I love my new glass chairmat. Right away I noticed a change, literally as soon as I sat in my chair. I felt like I had better posture and after a few hours, my low back didn’t feel as strained as before. I have had 1 chiropractic appointment since I started using it, got my back “realigned” and haven’t had any trouble since.

My productivity is up noticeably as well. I am a full-time medical transcriptionist and spend many hours a day in my chair. Between better productivity (meaning better paychecks for me) and better spine health (and fewer chiropractic appointments) I can see that my glass chairmat will pay for itself over time.

Hello Ken, Thank you for asking for input.  I have been using my new glass chairmat for a few weeks and am very pleased with it!  I suspect that it will outlast many plastic chairmats that I will never need to buy again.  There are two more desks that I may be looking to upgrade to glass chairmats when I return north later this year for the summer months.  Thank you for making this product available at an affordable price!

This is my first experience with a glass chair mat.  I only knew that my experiences with other chair mats were a waste of money.  I knew the glass mat would be a longer term solution, but I was still a little hesitant;  I’ve never put that much weight on flat glass before and it was a fair amount of money to ‘experiment’ with.  Also, there was shipping… how could you send it freight without damage?  The testimonials were helpful.

I am very pleased with my mat and the new chair rollers.   And shipping time was a pleasant surprise, even during the holidays.  I am definitely going to recommend this product.

I purchased a glass chairmat in December as a Christmas present for my father. He retired a few years back and spends a good part of each day in his home office in front of his computer now. Ken  Actually I was thinking about getting in touch.  I am really very happy with it (as well as the entire transaction) , and wish that I had found it a few years ago before we bought the plastic one in the first place. Every time I sit down at the computer, I congratulate myself on this purchase. Of course, this all assumes that it never breaks, but so far so good. The glass chair mat is the coolest gift I’ve bought myself this year.  My friend says it’s the coolest thing he’s gotten since his Droid X.  A phone capable of doing 1000 things compared to a mat that sits on the floor – the two shouldn’t even be compared, but the mat is that nice.  It looks good and feels good to roll on.

And your timing for this email is great.  I was over at a couple’s house showing off my phone when this email came through so I told them about it and said I’d send a link to your site.  They’re well to do and have a very upscale house with the nicest of everything, except an ugly plastic chair mat at their drawing desk.  I’m quite certain they’ll order one.  So again, great timing!

Yes, the new glass chair mat arrived one day later than we’d planned but otherwise it’s been everything I hoped it would be.  It’s an incredible product, and I thoroughly enjoy using it!

The carpet in my new home/office is so plush that even the furniture dollies and valet trolley trucks we used to get items up the elevators and into my new condo would get bogged down once they got off the hard surfaced floor in the entry and onto the carpet, but my desk chair rolls around freely on my new glass chair mat – even more easily than when I was rolling around directly on tight, commercial carpet with a thin rubber backing directly over a hardwood floor!

At first I was concerned that the glass chair mat might be terribly fragile and easily broken, but it the process of assembling the metal brackets for a new lateral file I TWICE accidently dropped one of the metal cross-pieces whose sharp edge struck the mat directly from a height of approximately three feet, and no discernable damage whatsoever!

It’s an incredible product, and I thoroughly enjoy using it!

I bought this for my wife’s home office.  It is absolutely beautiful and compliments the room rather than detracting to it like most chair mats.  I bought the shaded mat as it goes well with the carpet in the office.

I just received my glass chairmat … as I believe you are aware, the first one was damaged when it arrived.  My assistant and I are both very pleased with the product.  We are totally remodeling and refurnishing our offices and the glass chairmats fit perfectly into our clean, high-tech look.  I initially found you on the internet after simply googling “glass chairmats”; and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost.  In my opinion, this is a great product and I am a little surprised that I do not see more of them in use.

Thank you for your follow up.  Customer service in our country has become almost nonexistent–I therefore am pleased at how efficiently my glass chair mat order was handled and very happy you have taken time to solicit my comments on your company’s product.

I couldn’t be happier with my glass chairmat!  Ordering from your company was easy; the mat arrived in timely fashion and in good order; I had no difficulty getting it up the stairs to my office to unpack (appreciated the enclosed knit handling gloves); and the mat was in place and looking good in quick fashion.  I now have had opportunity to experience the ease with which my chair rolls while working at my desk and in front of the computer.  With no effort I can move from desk to computer to file cabinets, and best of all I don’t suffer the indignity of being stuck in “chair roller” indentations which was a constant frustration with my previous hard plastic mat.

Best thing I can say after several weeks of use is that I’d never go back to plastic; and knowing what I know now, I’d never let the slightly higher cost make me wait so long to order!  The handsome look; ease with which the chair rolls on the mat; and freedom from being stuck in indentations make the glass chair mat an excellent value and well worth owning.  This one’s a “keeper” and I’m a happy customer!

It’s a wonderful product!  I love the smooth feel under my feet and how well my chair rolls across it.  Since there is carpeting where I sit plastic mats are never completely flat so rolling a chair on them is never a smooth process.  The beveled edge makes it easy to get my chair back onto it if I should accidentally roll off.  It’s so simple in design but it seems to address every issue I’ve ever had with plastic mats!
